We’re literally Down for Anything 🎸 — an amalgamation of four experienced, and passionate Musicians longing to share their gifts!
Outside of design, I have a love for all things; arts, pop culture, & enjoy spending my free time indulged in my hobbies, continuing to explore/ experience life, really embracing the arts’ creative energy! I consider hobbies, a refreshing change of pace, and Music is just one extension of that mentality. Down for Anything was a happy accident of sorts, as the groups ‘coming together’ was very natural, starting with just a loose jam session, eventually spiraling into our first show, a brief tour across Ontario (pre-Covid of course), and even original songs. It’s a great creative-break!

I had an opportunity to run, and host, my very own Web-series during my time working for York University, under the Student Community Leadership Development (SCLD)! The series was called Reading Your Answers; the show where we would provide questions, asked on our official @StudentLifeYU Instagram account, and our student audience would answered — where we would then compile the best answers, and share our reactions in a goofy, bit-inspired format!

Similarly, in sequence to my time working on Reading Your Answers, during my time working for York University, under the Student Community Leadership Development (SCLD), I had an opportunity work on another Web-series that the University department would refurbish each summer, prior to Frosh Week! This series was called York101 News; where we would efficiently break-down everything new, incoming students, would need to know about their first-year at York University!

Youtube Video Editing Experience 💻
Along with design commissions, school, and work — I had an opportunity to edit some YouTube videos for my brother, Taytime; an extremely talented Content-Creator who started his own YouTube Gaming Channel, and Twitch Live-Streaming Network! It was an exciting change-of-pace for me, and I’m itching for the chance to pick up the editorial style again. He streamed weekly, and his gaming habits bounced between Minecraft, and League of Legends!
During the early months of 2021, 102.1 The Edge unveiled their $10k One Minute Movie Contest — where listeners were tasked with; storyboarding, casting, filming, and editing a parody of their favorite films in under one minute! Naturally, my friends, and I jumped at the chance, and got to work. We had settled very early on that we would be recreating Star Wars Episode III, as it was our favorite film at the time, over Minecraft as to maintain potent social distancing guidelines. Unfortunately we did not win the grand prize, but it was a great creative-break mid-pandemic, we had an absolute blast constructing the final product!
